Navan Curling Club Rental Policy

These policies are provided as guidelines with managerial discretion being used to meet the objectives of the club.

GUIDELINES

(1) Styrofoam cups plates and bowls will be avoided.
(2) Plastic utensils will not be used.
(3) No alcoholic drinks are to be brought into the club by any renter.


FEE STRUCTURE

The fees will be increased by any rentals of equipment or catering.

The proceeds of the rentals will be dispersed as follows:

(1) Kitchen

  • Use of the kitchen will be $50

(2) Ice Surface & Lounge

  • 2 hour time slot rental (Minimum $200)
    • $100 per sheet
  • Day rental (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
    • 1 sheet: $200
    • 2 sheets: $300
    • 3 sheets: $400
    • 4 sheets: $500

(3) Lounge

  • It is expected that the bar will be used
  • 0-4 hours
    • Members: $100
    • Non-members: $200
  • 4-8 hours
    • Members: $200
    • Non-members: $400

(4) Meeting Room

  • Members: No charge
  • Non-members
    • 0 - 2hrs: $100
    • 2 - 4hrs: $200

(5) Ice Deck and Washrooms (off season)

  • Daily Maximums
    • If bar is used $100
    • If bar not used $200
  • Weekend usage may require a pump out: additional $200
